AM3103 is a miniature filter IC containing digitally tunable bandpass filters covering the 1.0 GHz to 3.0 GHz frequency range. Independent 4 bit digital control of the low-pass and high-pass corners provide control of both center frequency and bandwidth. AM3103 is packaged in a 4mm x 6mm QFN and operates over the -40C to +85C temperature range.


The AM3103 is one in a family of digitally tunable bandpass filters offered from Atlanta Micro that cover the DC to 12.0 GHz frequency range. In this family there is the AM3065 that covers 6.0 GHz to 12.0 GHz, the AM3090 that covers DC to 450 MHz, the AM3102 that covers 330 MHz to 1.2 GHz or 450 MHz to 1.5 GHz, and the AM3104 that covers 2.5 GHz to 6.5 GHz.

This family of parts provides an excellent filtering solution for receivers or transceivers requiring flexible center frequency and bandwidth, high dynamic range, small size and weight, and low power consumption.
