AM1101 is a broadband bypassable amplfiier covering the 2 GHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range. The device exhibits low noise figure and low gain across the entire frequency range while drawing only 100 mW of power. Packaged in a 3mm QFN with an integrated amplifier bypass path and internal 50 Ω matching, the AM1101 represents a dramatic size reduction over a discrete implementation of a bypassable amplifier.
