The AM1067 is a high dynamic range bypassable amplifier covering the 5 GHz to 20 GHz frequency range. The device provides high gain and low bypass insertion loss. Packaged in a 4mm QFN with internal 50Ω matching and requiring a single positive control voltage, the AM1067 represents a dramatic size reduction over a discrete implementation of a bypassable amplifier.
The AM1067 is one of three 5 GHz to 20 GHz amplifiers offered by Atlanta Micro. The other two members of this family include the gain block AM1053 and the bypassable gain block with an isolation state AM1077. This family offers low noise figure, high third order intercept performance, and excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range.
