New – High Frequency Amplifiers, Filters, and Switches to 26.5 GHz

Atlanta Micro is pleased to announce a wave of new products including 2 amplifiers, 7 filters, and 3 switches offering operation up to 26.5 GHz. With internal 50Ω matching and an operating temperature range of -40C to +85C these new parts would make for a great addition to any RF system.
Amplifiers – New in the amplifier category is the AM1074 which provides 20 dB of gain from 6 GHz to 26.5 GHz in a 3mm QFN and the AM1077 which provides 20 dB of gain from 5 GHz to 20 GHz in a 4mm QFN while offering a bypass path and an isolation state. Both of these amplifiers operate from a +3.3V supply and offer a low noise figure, high third order intercept performance, and provide excellent gain stability over their operating range.
Filters – New in the filter category are a set of digitally tunable high pass and low pass filters with cutoff frequencies ranging from 6 GHz to 26.5 GHz each available in a 4mm QFN (part numbers AM3107, AM3108, AM3109, and AM3110).
Also new to the filter catalog are a family of dual packaged digitally tunable bandpass filter banks with cutoff frequencies ranging from 1 GHz to 26.5 GHz each available in a 6mm QFN (part numbers AM3063, AM3064, and AM3066). The AM3063, AM3064, and AM3066 offer integrated control and power line filtering while providing independent digital control of the low pass and high pass corners to give flexibility of both center frequency and bandwidth.
Switches – New in the switches category is a brand new SPDT offering operation from DC to 18 GHz, a brand new SP6T offering operation from DC to 18 GHz, and a brand new SP4T offering operation from DC to 26.5 GHz (part numbers AM6012, AM6015, and AM6017 respectively). These positive control switches provide low insertion loss, flat frequency response, and high isolation over the operating range. The AM6012 is packaged in a 3mm QFN while the AM6015 and AM6017 are packaged in a 4mm QFN and offer logic decoding on chip.
